Litigation Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney – Litigation (Dallas, TX)

Our Dallas-based law firm clients are actively seeking Litigation Associates to join their growing practices. These roles are ideal for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and long-term growth within collaborative teams.

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters, which may include commercial litigation, general liability, product liability, employment, or insurance-related disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions (depending on experience level)
• Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy
• Appear in court and participate in hearings as appropriate

• 2–7 years of litigation experience (varies by role)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Texas bar admission (or ability to waive in)
• Experience in state and/or federal court preferred
• A collaborative, proactive mindset

• Competitive compensation and bonus structures

Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $185,000
