Newhouse + Noblin is partnering with a boutique law firm in Dallas looking to add a Real Estate Associate to its team. The firm boasts a sophisticated practice representing joint venture sponsors, private equity and institutional buyers and sellers of real estate both inside and outside of Texas.

In this role you will handle complex real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development, as well as provide other transactional services to real estate clients.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of transactional experience in a law firm setting.
• Must have experience representing real estate investment clients that acquire multi-family, industrial and office space, plus negotiating complex loan documents.
