Family Lawyer

Our growing law firm is looking to hire a family attorney who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives. The primary job function is to assist clients with and finalizing divorces and other child‑related matters. Attorneys will carry some of their own cases and will work closely with a partner on others.

The job entails a significant time in a courtroom. Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is also helpful. We cover your dues and CLE, we have flexible PTO, unlimited bonus potential, offer an annual firm vacation (after a probationary period), and a lot of laughs and support. The applicant may be considered for a hybrid arrangement. Must have a license today and not be awaiting bar results. Must reside in the Dallas metroplex.

• Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings
• Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action
• Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients

• Must be a licensed Texas attorney and not awaiting bar results
• Must have no less than 3 years in family law
• Must live in the Dallas metroplex or be willing to commute to Dallas
