My client, a well respected National Law firm is looking for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in patent litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Collaborate with team members on case strategy.
- Participate in hearings and trials.
- Experience in patent litigation.
- Familiarity with U.S. district courts and related legal bodies.
- Membership in the Patent Bar preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent.
- Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
The annual salary for this position is between 200-300k
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
