Job DetailsSalary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year.
We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney – Partner/Shareholder to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious law firm with a rich history and an excellent reputation in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, ranging from commercial litigation to complex civil disputes. The role requires superior negotiation skills, a keen understanding of business development strategies, and a proven track record in maintaining a successful book of business.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in a similar role.

- Manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, discovery, motion practice, pretrial, trial, and appeal stages.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies that reflect the clients' objectives and budget considerations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and legal needs.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing book of business by leveraging personal and professional networks.
- Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to ensure that the clients' needs are adequately met, and share knowledge and expertise to promote a learning culture.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may affect the firm's clients and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Participate in the firm's management and decision‑making process as a Partner/Shareholder.
- Represent the firm in a professional manner at all times, upholding the firm's values and reputation.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
- A minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Proven track record in business development and maintaining a successful book of business.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex disputes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
