Insurance Defense Attorney

We are seeking a 5+ year Insurance Defense Attorney for our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters. Must be proficient in handling civil cases, potentially through trial.

• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 5-8+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Required)
• Experience in Construction Defect, Bodily Injury Defense and other Insurance Defense matters (Preferred)
