We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic and collaborative team in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth.

• Support attorneys with fact investigation, legal research, and trial preparation
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and deposition materials
• Manage case files, docketing, and calendaring deadlines
• Assist with document production and electronic filings
• Prepare materials for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with litigation support technology (Relativity a plus)
• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred

• Competitive salary: $87,000 – $120,000
