Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and approve all eviction-related pleadings
- Manage all facets of eviction cases, including contested matters
- Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely case updates
- Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Foreclosure experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate (JD)
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional client interaction via systems, email, and phone
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently
- Highly conscientious with outstanding time management, punctuality, and follow-through
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
