Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year.

As a Permanent Family Law Attorney, you will join a dynamic and supportive team in the legal industry. You will provide legal advice and representation in matters related to family law, including divorce, custody disputes, prenuptial agreements, adoption, and more. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law and a proven track record of success.

• Provide legal advice and representation in family law matters (e.g., divorce, custody, prenuptial agreements, adoption).
• Maintain a high caseload while delivering high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and judges.
• Negotiate favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Utilize legal research software and other legal technologies.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law.
• Membership in good standing with the State Bar.
• Ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, colleagues, and judges.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research software and other legal technologies.
