Experience Level: 1‑5 Years

A Highly Regarded Litigation Team Is Seeking a Talented Associate With 1 To 5 Years Of Experience Handling Class Actions, Commercial Disputes, And Financial Restructuring Litigation. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Significant Experience Managing All Phases Of Complex Commercial Litigation, Including

• Drafting and responding to complaints
• Handling discovery and depositions
• Motion practice and pretrial strategy
• Trial preparation and appellate briefing

Candidates should have strong legal research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and experience at a comparable law firm.

This litigation group represents sophisticated global clients in high-stakes disputes across sectors. The team is known for its strategic litigation approach, commercial acumen, and commitment to client success—whether resolving matters through negotiation or litigation.

• 1–5 years of litigation experience, including class actions and commercial matters
• Familiarity with financial restructuring litigation is a plus
• Stellar academic credentials
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Prior experience at a peer law firm strongly preferred
• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Texas
