We are seeking a skilled and motivated mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join a growing legal team in Dallas. This position involves supporting a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, and is interested in joining a group handling high-stakes matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Support litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Texas bar (or eligible for admission)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience with commercial litigation, business disputes, or complex civil litigation preferred
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Base salary is in the region of $170,000 - $230,000 depending on experience.
