Family Law Attorney

Overview

Corner Stone has partnered with a prominent firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in their search for a seasoned Family Law Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience or more. The ideal candidate will be comfortable commuting daily to our Dallas or Arlington office and managing a high-volume, client-centered practice. The case load is typically 70 to 100 cases on average;

mostly divorce, child support or adoptions.

• Represent clients in family court, mediations, and negotiations
• Supervise and communicate with a legal support team
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Prepare clients and exhibits for court appearances
• Track time in the billing system and maintain accurate case notes
• Regularly update clients and maintain high service standards

• 3-5+ years of family law experience
• Active member of the Texas State Bar
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required
