Overview

Sharpe Law Group, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional full-time Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team. This individual will provide critical support to our estate planning attorneys while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every step. The ideal candidate for Sharpe Law Group is organized, personable, resourceful, and committed to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Attend client meetings with lead attorney
  • Draft estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, and Ancillary Documents
  • Prepare client correspondence for attorney review
  • Review estate planning documents and prepare summaries and recommendations for attorneys
  • Prepare corporate documents and assist with entity formation with various government entities
  • Assist attorneys in gathering client information
  • Communicate closely with clients and their advisors with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist clients in corporate annual reporting for entities including Public Information Reports and Annual Meeting Minutes
  • Conduct legal research as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in legal field preferred
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Business dress daily for client-facing meetings required
