This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Legal Assistant or Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to be part of a respected legal team.
About the Role- Support multiple attorneys while managing cases from initial plaintiff intake through trial
- Prepare and file pleadings in Texas state and federal courts
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and support throughout the legal process
- Residence: Must live in Dallas County
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in plaintiff personal injury law (corporate law experience will not be considered)
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Language: Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Yearly discretionary bonus
