• Research complex oil and gas legal issues and provide title opinions
• Ensure our firm is up-to-date on the latest laws and regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate with other members of our legal team to develop effective strategies for our clients
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced members of our team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment
• Continually develop your legal knowledge and skills, staying ahead of changes in the legal landscape

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney
• Admitted to practice law in TX, and in good standing with the state bar
• Exceptional research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven ability to represent clients' interests effectively
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• A commitment to ethical conduct and maintaining client confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
