Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–4+ years of experience handling complex business disputes. This role offers hands-on responsibility, exposure to high-stakes matters, and close collaboration with partners in a well-established litigation practice.

• Handle complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage discovery/e-discovery
• Take and defend depositions; assist with hearings, mediations, and trials
• Manage arbitrations (AAA, JAMS) and other dispute resolution proceedings
• Support TROs, injunctions, and emergency relief matters
• Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy

• Complex breach of contract and business tort litigation
• Trade secrets, non-compete, and non-solicitation disputes
• Shareholder, partnership, fiduciary duty, and corporate governance disputes
• Fraud, securities-related, private equity, and M&A-related litigation
• Commercial real estate, construction, lease, energy, and financial services disputes
• UCC disputes, IP-adjacent litigation, class actions, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and multi-party litigation

• 3–4+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience managing complex cases and large-scale discovery
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Texas bar admission (or eligibility to waive in) preferred
