Role Description
As an Attorney, you will be responsible for handling personal injury cases, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. You will also collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective legal strategies.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of law, particularly in the field of personal injury law
- 3+ years of Litigation experience
- Experience in labor and employment law is a plus
- Ability to provide comprehensive legal advice
- Excellent research and analytical skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
