Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client, a highly respected law firm is seeking a motivated commercial litigation associate with at least one year of law firm experience to join its Dallas office.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a regional, national, or outstanding local law firm, with excellent writing skills, strong oral advocacy abilities, and a solid academic background. Clerkship and court experience are considered a plus.

Key qualifications include:

• Significant responsibility for pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters

• Proficiency in handling e-discovery and fact development

• Confidence in addressing complex factual, legal, and logistical issues with foresight

• Strategic and analytical thinking skills

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, professional maturity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage a demanding workload. The work will span high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial matters in Texas, across the U.S., and internationally.
