An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Financial Services practice with a focus on Payments and Fintech in Dallas.

This role is well-suited for an associate with experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in the technology sector who is interested in sophisticated, fast-moving work at the intersection of financial services and technology.

The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of payments and fintech matters, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and advising on technology-driven financial services arrangements. The practice offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to cutting-edge industry issues, and collaboration within a nationally recognized payments platform.

• Mid-level experience in transactional work within the technology or financial services space

• Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements

• Background in payments, fintech, outsourcing, technology licensing, or similar transactional matters preferred

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in

• Industry-leading Payments and Fintech practice
