Texas Licensed Litigation Attorney; Position

Overview

A law firm with offices nationwide is looking for a Texas licensed attorney with at least six years of experience litigating to assist with general, commercial, employment and/or personal injury litigation matters on a remote basis. This is a permanent position. Experience handling general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work, depositions and trial preparation in civil litigation matters is required.

The successful candidate must also have experience handling general, commercial, employment and/or personal injury matters.

• Minimum Qualifications of the Texas Licensed Litigation Attorney (Permanent Position): 6+ years of legal experience in litigation

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.

Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
