The Dallas office seeks a Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years of experience. This position affords significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team‑oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a solid academic background.
