Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated real estate work and wants to be part of a collaborative, business‑minded practice.

$180,000 – $250,000 annually

• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, joint venture agreements, and other related contracts.
• Advise clients on real estate due diligence, title, survey, and closing matters.
• Work directly with clients, lenders, and counter parties to deliver efficient and practical legal solutions.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas bar license.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters with minimal supervision.

• Salary range: $180,000 – $250,000 annually + performance bonuses
