Join a team of difference makers who are passionate about making a positive impact in the legal profession. As a national defense firm, we are looking for attorneys with 3-10 years of experience who specialize in defending Property and Liability Coverage work.

The Property and Liability Coverage Practice Group is composed of seasoned attorneys dedicated to assisting a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel and analysis regarding insurance policy coverage issues, primarily in the areas of property and general liability.

• Analyze and interpret commercial and residential property and general liability insurance policies.
• Draft detailed coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Advise insurers and clients on coverage obligations and potential exposure.
• Handle and manage coverage litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, including depositions and hearings.
• Stay current on relevant legal developments, case law, and regulatory changes affecting property and liability coverage.
• Collaborate with claims professionals, risk managers, and other attorneys within the firm or insurance companies.
• Participate in internal training and external client presentations on insurance coverage issues.

• Admitted to practice law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
