Real Estate Associate; Lateral

An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its Real Estate practice in Dallas.

This role is well-suited for an associate with experience advising on commercial real estate transactions who is interested in sophisticated deal work and working closely with partners on complex matters.

The associate will work with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development projects, and related transactional work. The practice offers meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and involvement in high-value real estate transactions.

• Prior experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters
• Strong drafting, issue-spotting, and project-management skills
• Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
• Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in

• Highly regarded Real Estate practice with national reach
• Sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
• Lean team structure with direct partner access
• Hybrid flexibility in the Dallas office
• Compensation commensurate with experience and market
