We are currently seeking a Venture Attorney based in our Dallas office. We're looking for an attorney with 1-3 years' venture experience, who can act as trusted counsel to venture investors during early stage finance rounds, and beyond. This position will be responsible for working on venture transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on various legal matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Broad corporate practice including entity formation, Company & partnership agreements, and standard commercial agreements.
• Venture Capital transactions, including structuring, convertible financings, and equity financing rounds.
• Supporting Seniors and Partners on day-to-day client requests.
