Our growing multi-state defense litigation firm is seeking a driven Senior Insurance Defense Attorney with 10+ years of experience for our Dallas office. We specialize in high-stakes, complex litigation across various sectors, including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, and transportation.

We are looking for a teammate who isn't afraid of hard work and has a genuine passion for trying cases. As an attorney at our firm, you will handle diverse files involving catastrophic injury, construction defects, and premises liability.

What You Will Do

The right attorney will manage cases from inception through trial, providing high-level strategic direction on every file.

Key responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive Case Management:
  Leading discovery, taking and defending expert depositions, and executing complex motion practice.
• Trial & Advocacy:
  Attending hearings, representing clients at mediation, and preparing for jury trials.
• Strategic Evaluation:
  Analyzing case strengths and weaknesses to provide accurate settlement and verdict potential.
• Client Representation:
  Navigating the nuances of insurance defense to protect our clients' interests in multifaceted litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) 10+ years of experience and active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Strong background in litigation; candidates with specific insurance defense experience are preferred.
• A "team player" mentality with the ability to mentor junior associates.
• Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.
