Overview
Corporate boutique law firm is seeking M+A attorneys with AM Law experience for Associate and Counsel roles in their Dallas office. Firm is comprised of former AM Law Partners and Associates. There is a high volume of deal flow and teams are leanly staffed which affords a significant amount of hands-on experience working directly with partners and clients. There would also be an open path to partnership for those looking to build a book in the same space.
Salary and bonus are market and the firm provides comprehensive benefits.
Requirements- 3-10 years of M+A experience from an AM Law firm or peer boutique ideally for PE firms
