Family Law Paralegal

This role will directly support a partner and a senior attorney!

• Base salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 30 days)
• 401(k) with 4% match (after 1 year)
• Paid time off, including vacation and 9 paid holidays

Job Details

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a focus on family law
• Proficient in preparing discovery, pleadings, and trial binders
• Skilled in managing dockets, deadlines, and court filings
• Strong client communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in legal software and Mac-based systems
• Located in the Dallas area and available to work on-site full-time
