Responsibilities- Manage a fast-paced, diverse, and complex docket of sensitive investigations.
- Work closely with in-house colleagues, outside counsel, and business clients.
- Education:
Requires a law degree and an active license in good standing to practice law. - Extensive investigative experience required. Criminal investigative experience is preferred.
- Well-qualified candidates will have recent investigative and trial experience at federal government agencies, such as DOJ, FTC, SEC, or US Attorney's Office, internal investigative expertise in-house, or extensive experience in one or more large corporate law firms.
We are seeking an AVP, Senior Legal Counsel, that is a motivated, self-reliant lawyer with unique investigative experience to join our Compliance Legal team.
This role involves working closely with in-house colleagues, outside counsel, and business clients to manage a fast-paced, diverse, and complex docket of internal investigations and provide strategic legal counsel regarding legal and compliance risks. This position requires office presence 5 days per week, and location in the Dallas Office is preferred.
Compensation
:
Our AVP Senior Legal Counsel earns between $231,700 - $347,500 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
