.
$185-195K base + discretionary AND incentive bonuses | Hybrid | 1750 Billables
The ideal background:- 0-3 years of labor + employment law experience (demonstrated through either coursework or practice)
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Labor + employment litigation law (with mix of transactional L+E work as well)
- Common law employment claims (e.g., wrongful termination, defamation, IIED)
- FLSA
- TX Labor Code
