If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex cases, make a significant impact, and help shape the future of our firm.

Responsibilities
  • Handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
  • Conducting depositions of parties and expert witnesses.
  • Engaging in construction litigation and providing legal advice on construction-related matters, among other types of matters.
  • Developing and implementing litigation strategy in coordination with partners and clients.
  • Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients.
  • Staying current on developments in the law and informing colleagues and clients of significant changes that might impact their cases.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or business litigation.
  • Proven track record of successfully conducting depositions.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
  • A commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
