• Manage a full caseload of liability defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Appear in court and handle depositions with substantial independence
• Communicate promptly and effectively with clients

• 3 - 8 years of experience in general liability, personal injury defense, or insurance defense
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Excellent communication and client management skills
