A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate in Dallas, TX. The role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and providing counsel on labor and employment laws.
Duties- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
- Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide advice on labor and employment laws and regulations.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- 3+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law background.
- Active Texas bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
- Understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Texas bar admission
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
