Dallas-based boutique law firm is hiring a Junior Commercial Litigation Attorney. The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and startups, and offers early responsibility with the potential for partnership within five years.

• Lead depositions in the first year.
• Argue motions and participate in bench or jury trials.
• Review documents and draft motions, memos, and other litigation filings.
• Handle complex commercial litigation matters as part of a busy team.
• Provide client interaction and communication within the commercial litigation practice.

• 1–3 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Bar admission in Texas.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑demand cases and work independently.
