Our AmLaw 100 client is adding an ERISA litigation associate to its Dallas office. This group is nationally recognized for handling some of the most closely watched ERISA class actions in the country, representing major companies and financial institutions in complex fiduciary‑duty disputes.
This is a seat for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, serious exposure to bet‑the‑company matters, and a long‑term platform inside a deep ERISA bench.
The Role- Litigate ERISA class actions from pleadings through discovery and dispositive motions
- Work on excessive fee litigation and fiduciary duty claims involving defined contribution and defined benefit plans
- Partner closely with senior litigators on strategy, expert development, and motion practice
- Take ownership of discrete work streams on matters that regularly draw national attention
- JD class years 2020–2022
- Prior experience with ERISA litigation, ideally class actions involving retirement plans
- Strong writing skills and comfort handling complex statutory and regulatory issues
- Experience at a large firm or litigation‑forward practice preferred
- A nationally ranked ERISA practice with sustained momentum
- Direct exposure to sophisticated clients and high‑dollar disputes
- Real mentorship from lawyers who lead the ERISA bar, not just supervise it
- Dallas platform with the support and deal flow of a top‑tier national firm
- Compensation at the top of the market, with bonuses tied to performance
Base salary range: $260,000 to $365,000, plus discretionary bonus and full benefits.
