We are seeking a full‑time Associate Attorney to join our Dallas office. This role offers immediate, meaningful client interaction and an opportunity to develop expertise in a highly specialized area of administrative law.

The attorney will:

• Manage an active caseload of SSD and SSI disability claims
• Prepare clients for hearings and represent them before SSA ALJs
• Handle appeals at multiple administrative levels
• Participate in 15–25+ hearings per month (in‑person, phone, and video)
• Travel occasionally for hearings or firm‑related events

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who enjoy litigation, writing, client counseling, and developing a deep understanding of medical and vocational evidence.

• 0–5 years of experience representing Social Security claimants (more experienced applicants also welcome)
• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar or willing to obtain a Texas license (must hold an active license in another state or D.C.)
• Strong communication skills and a client‑centered approach

• Direct mentorship from senior partners and a former ALJ
• Support toward Board Certification in Social Security Disability Law

• Competitive salary: $60,000–$85,000, depending on experience
