We are seeking a full‑time Associate Attorney to join our Dallas office. This role offers immediate, meaningful client interaction and an opportunity to develop expertise in a highly specialized area of administrative law.
The attorney will:
- Manage an active caseload of SSD and SSI disability claims
- Prepare clients for hearings and represent them before SSA ALJs
- Handle appeals at multiple administrative levels
- Participate in 15–25+ hearings per month (in‑person, phone, and video)
- Travel occasionally for hearings or firm‑related events
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who enjoy litigation, writing, client counseling, and developing a deep understanding of medical and vocational evidence.
Qualifications- 0–5 years of experience representing Social Security claimants (more experienced applicants also welcome)
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar or willing to obtain a Texas license (must hold an active license in another state or D.C.)
- Strong communication skills and a client‑centered approach
