Our client, a highly respected national trial firm, is seeking Litigation Associates to join its Dallas office. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys who want meaningful work, trial exposure, and long‑term career growth in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish with minimal partner oversight
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and support staff

• J.D. from an accredited law school (top third of class preferred)
• 3+ years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage cases
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Base Salary: 2–3 years: $140,000–$150,000
• Senior Associates: $180,000+
• Benefits: 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
• Discretionary profit sharing
• HSA contribution: $1,200 annually
• Generous PTO: 19–29 days based on tenure, with rollover options
