Our AmLaw 100 client in Dallas office has an immediate opening for a Tax Associate with 4+ years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating tax provisions in:
- Stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements
- Partnership and joint venture agreements
- Loan agreements
- Background in cross-border tax structuring and international tax issues (inbound and outbound) is a strong plus
