Our client, a highly respected national trial firm, is seeking Litigation Associates to join its Dallas office. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys who want meaningful work, trial exposure, and long-term career growth in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish with minimal partner oversight
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and support staff

• J.D. from an accredited law school (top third of class preferred)
• 3+ years of litigation experience (trial experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage cases
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Base Salary: 2–3 years: $140,000–$150,000
• Senior Associates: $180,000+
• Benefits: 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
• Discretionary profit sharing
• HSA contribution: $1,200 annually
• Generous PTO: 19–29 days based on tenure, with rollover options
