Bilingual Immigration Intake Specialist (Spanish/English)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect questionnaires and documents from clients and follow up accordingly.
• Set up folders in the case management system.
• Copy/print/scan immigration paperwork and filing packages.
• Conduct informational meetings with our clients’ employees in Spanish to explain services/programs available for their families.
• Guide employees through immigration processes with clarity and reassurance.
• Respond to questions and concerns thoughtfully and in an empathetic manner.
• Explain services, processes, timelines, and next steps in clear, client-friendly terms.
• Communicate daily with employees in Spanish via phone calls and Whats App messages.
• Draft family questionnaires and agreements and ensure they are complete, accurate, and consistent.
• Update trackers and case management systems accordingly.
• Follow up, collect, and organize required documents.
• Accurately enter client data into internal databases.
• Flag issues that may affect eligibility or payment processing.

Ideal candidate will have 1 year of administrative legal experience in a law firm environment (does not necessarily have to be Immigration but very helpful), great interpersonal skills, great attitude and willing to learn and help the immigrant community.

Spanish is required; speak, read, and write.

Hybrid position:
Flexible hours required to include evening and some weekend work.
