- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing policyholder questions and concerns with professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
- Educate clients on their insurance policies, coverage options, and billing details to ensure understanding and confidence.
- Accurately process policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt, courteous, and professional responses.
- Assist licensed agents with administrative support and client follow-up as needed.
- Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented office environment.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written (required).
- Proven customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and helping others.
- Comfortable using office technology, including CRM systems and standard business software.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
