Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships. This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

• Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Manage a wide variety of commercial accounts across multiple industries.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
• Participate in team celebrations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with exposure to a variety of industries.
• Licenses / Designations: Relevant licenses preferred.
