Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing insurance solutions, advising clients on policy options, and managing customer accounts. Day-to-day tasks include delivering outstanding customer service, selling insurance products, assisting with insurance claims and renewals, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires a proactive and client-focused approach to addressing needs and developing personalized solutions.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong background in Finance and financial advisory services
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- State insurance licensing is required; additional certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance or finance industry is an advantage
