Novatae Risk Group seeks an experienced Worker's Compensation Broker to support our expanding revenue generation capabilities. The role offers a generous compensation package and professional growth opportunities.

• Oversee the preparation of Work Comp submissions, including applications and supporting documents.
• Present account information favorably to insurance carriers and proactively secure compelling programs.
• Market new and renewal business in conjunction with designated sales teams.
• Collect all necessary information and analyze the current program.
• Order applicable underwriting reports as needed.
• Ensure quotes are provided in a timely manner following submissions through the process.
• Solicit new business through various sales and marketing techniques and begin establishing relationships.
• Coordinate and handle administrative workflows with the support team(s) to establish accurate and prompt responses to service issues.
• Seek opportunities for growth and cultivate new markets, including organic growth.

• Skilled in business writing and situational analysis.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented individuals who thrive in a team environment and can work autonomously.
• Strong knowledge and experience of property and casualty insurance, including coverages, rating, terminology, and technical procedures. P&C license required or within 90 days of hire.
• Sales‑driven, people‑person who enjoys establishing new relationships while learning communication strategies and sales methods.
• A four‑year college degree is preferred with 1‑3 years of related experience. Past experience should include Worker's Compensation brokering or MGA experience.
