We are seeking a full-time Insurance Broker to join our expanding team. This is a remote-hybrid position where you will assist clients by evaluating their needs, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include marketing to real estate professionals, consulting on insurance policies and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. We’re offering a very competitive compensation plan with uncapped commissions and bonuses.

• Strong knowledge and skills in P&C insurance and understanding of various insurance products
• Experience in financial planning and retirement planning strategies
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work independently and remotely with effective communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as an active insurance license are required
