Oracle Fusion Core Financials Functional Consultant
Summary: Looking for a senior Oracle Fusion Financials functional consultant to help stabilize, optimize, and extend our financial close and core GL/AP/AR/FA processes. This leader will drive configuration, solution design, gap assessments, and UAT coordination in partnership with Accounting and FP&A.
Responsibilities- Stabilize, optimize, and extend financial close processes and core modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Subledger Accounting) within Oracle Fusion
- Lead configuration, functional design, and gap assessments
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with Accounting and FP&A
- Translate accounting policies and requirements into system behaviors
- Engage with stakeholders in fast-scaling environments and drive alignment
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, and audit readiness
- 9–10 years of Oracle financials domain background
- Hands-on experience with Fusion GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Subledger Accounting
- Ability to translate accounting and policy requirements into system behaviors
- Strong stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and audit readiness

- Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)
