Job Summary
The Intranet Manager, Internal Communications role will report to the Senior Director Employee Communications and serve as a pivotal strategic leader within our People & Culture department. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing intranet strategies that directly enhance information accessibility, elevate employee collaboration and ensure organizational alignment. Your expertise will be vital in strengthening how thousands of employees leverage a positive digital workplace experience at Integrity through consistent intranet content, effective management of platform enhancements, and championing company values and business objectives across all intranet functionalities.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Drive strategic intranet content and platform plans, aligning with Integrity's values and business goals and enhancing digital employee experience.
- Standardize and manage content across all intranet platforms, including news, resources, and collaboration spaces, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Manage the innovation of intranet design and user experience, creating an intuitive and visually appealing dynamic digital environment that inspires employee engagement and community.
- Orchestrate intranet-based communication for organizational transformations, simplifying complex information and ensuring smooth transitions for different types of employee audiences.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to understand user engagement, content effectiveness, and areas for improvement, then report on these findings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various departments and leaders (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing executives) to understand their needs, gather content, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Liaise with IT to ensure the intranet platform’s technical stability, security, functionality and integration with other necessary systems or tools (e.g., Workday, SharePoint).
- Collaborate with the wider Employee Communications team within People & Culture (HR) for unified messaging and impactful communications.
- 5-7 Years of experience in Communications; 2-3 years managing intranet platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and enhancing intranet platforms and digital employee experience initiatives.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing strategic intranet content and feature plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various intranet audiences.
- Experience advising and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple intranet projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring platform stability and employee satisfaction.
