Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Hunter to lead enterprise software services sales across the Texas market, based in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new enterprise logos and expanding strategic accounts through consultative, solution-based selling.

This role requires deep experience selling AI, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Testing, and Product Engineering services to CIO, CTO, CDO, and business leadership in large enterprises.

The candidate must be comfortable owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and building relationships to deal closure and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development
  • Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers across Texas
  • Drive hunter-led sales strategy focused on net new logo acquisition
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Lead solution selling engagements with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
  • Understand customer business challenges and position digital engineering and technology services
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals
Drive enterprise opportunities across
  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  • Cybersecurity Services
  • Quality Engineering & Testing
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • Develop account strategies, stakeholder maps, and deal plans
  • Manage RFPs, proposals, and executive presentations
Market Presence
  • Develop strong relationships within the Texas enterprise ecosystem
  • Participate in industry events, executive round tables, and networking forums
Required Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise IT services sales
  • Proven experience selling software services / digital engineering services
  • Strong experience selling one or more of:
  • Cybersecurity
  • Quality Engineering / Testing
  • Demonstrated success selling to enterprise customers in Texas
  • Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
  • Ability to engage with CIO, CTO, CDO, VP Engineering, and Line-of-Business leaders
Preferred Experience

Experience selling services from mid-tier or global IT services firms
