Our client, a leading real estate technology company, is looking for a results-driven and innovative Marketing Specialist to elevate their digital marketing efforts, with a particular emphasis on social media management, audience engagement, and automated campaign workflows.

Location

Hybrid in DFW (Irving, TX)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize social media channels (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Create and automate content workflows, including nurture sequences and triggered campaigns.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns: build templates, test content, segment audiences, and ensure deliverability.
  • Support SEO and web content updates (keywords, metadata, blog/landing pages).
  • Monitor analytics across social, email, and web; provide insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing leads for efficient campaign execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency and tailor content for audience engagement.
  • Manage marketing tools, including automation platforms, CRM integrations, and dashboards.
  • Stay current on social media updates, automation tools, and marketing trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in digital marketing, social media, or marketing operations.
  • Experience managing social channels and driving engagement.
  • Proficient with social scheduling and automation tools (Iterable, Hub Spot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and basic automation workflows.
  • Basic SEO and CMS knowledge (Word Press or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
