Business Analyst; Office of CIO; No Third Parties or C2C companies

The Senior Business Analyst supports the Office of the CIO by helping translate IT strategy into execution, materials, and operational insight. This role partners closely with OCIO leadership and IT functional leaders to support strategy operationalization, vendor management initiatives, executive reporting, and IT communications.

This is a senior individual contributor role that operates with a high degree of independence but under the direction of OCIO leadership. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments while supporting multiple concurrent initiatives.

This position is well suited for a senior analyst who understands the business of IT, communicates effectively with technical and non technical leaders, and is comfortable supporting enterprise scale initiatives.
